or how can I report them for holding my laptop hostage? I mistakingly tried their 3 day free trial, but they failed to explain that I had to cancel in three days or they will bill me for 99 dollars. They keep sending me a message that I can't stop and it interupts what ever I,m doing. Please help

I've design a web page on ms frontpage and posted it on the internet using cpanel. Viewing it from my 14" CRT monitor it looks great. But when I view it from a 19" LCD monitor, its pics and words gets onto one another and are not well alined as when I designed it. How can I optimise my web page so that it looks good on all types of monitors. Thx

On limewire what does SPEED & BITRATE mean?? Ok I know what speed means but it normally has one of these descriptions for the SPEED of the songs: T3 or Higher, Cable/DSL, T1 or Modem and sometimes some work especially "T3 or Higher" but not all the others do. Can someone explain what they each mean and why some work and others don't?
Also what is the BITRATE??

P.s-Also please try and explain as simply as possible because I'm not good on computer language;)

When you go on that main page of Windows XP, and you know how you can create as many different users as are going to be using the computer? Would each of those show up with a different IP address on websites for some reason?? Maybe it's b/c I'm using AOL & Internet Explorer, but it seems like sites I've gone to where they record your IP, for example, if I re-visit them under one of the other Windows XP "user" names, they don't recognize me. What's the deal with IP addresses? Is it the Windows XP system, or just AOL / Internet Explorer??

my boyfriend has tried to put firewall onto his computer, he tried windows security center and some others but every time he get an active firewall it blockes out the internet and messenger! any ideas or advice?!!!

I also tried to format my computer by rebooting windows xp pro but it says it cannot be formated. I know my disk isnt scratched. Also there one chice they give me to format it useing a fat file(i think) and the other is ntsf ( i think) anyway if anyone has any suggetions i would appretiate it. just bout a new compaq presario 2 weeks a go set it up on line it will dial up say connected to my internet provider but as soon as i hit internet explorer it comes up unable to fined server ive called the support ppl a hundred times and they just keep unistalling the modem and bringing it back up after about ten tryes on internet exploer it finnaly views the page

My computer is running slow, when I try to browse the internet. it takes forever for the pages I want to view to load, even if I have visited them before.
