Not a big deal. It's what most PC users are afraid of. You can go to apple.com and look for switch. All informations needed are provided there.
BTW, I'm open for donations for misplaced Macs. ;-)

The Apple Operating System works very differently than Windows. It is not very hard to get accustomed to it, but it will probably take a little getting used to.

Yes, you'll have to learn to use the new operating system (Mac OSX) which does things a little differently than windows does!
