or how can I report them for holding my laptop hostage? I mistakingly tried their 3 day free trial, but they failed to explain that I had to cancel in three days or they will bill me for 99 dollars. They keep sending me a message that I can't stop and it interupts what ever I,m doing. Please help

Popcorn is related to a Virus or Malware. You will want to run scans with your security software or run scans with a program called Ewido or Spybot to remove that infection.
