my host computer has windows xp, i need to know how to add my computer with windows ME to my network. help please.

Plug it in the router and run the Network wizard to configure it. Do not have an ME PC at the moment to get specific directions for where the wizard is, so just do a Start > Help and search for network wizard. If I remember right you can run it right from the Helps that comes up.

It all depends on the security settings you have selected for your network. Basic network config does not have any security feature implemented so all you need to do is install a wireless card and use the included software to search for your SSID.

ok here goes i do not think windows me supports wireless
but install a wireless netcard on you computer if it support it it will find it.
than go to your router and alow access for this netcard it will recognize the existing network.
