you know the whole ctrl-alt-delete thing?.. well everytime i try to close a program using that method it says "task manager has been disabled by your administrater".. well im the only one who uses my computerand there is no other users.. i tried to find settings for it but i cant find any!!.. i need help!

hi, we are in our senior year at a certain university. we are really having a hard time choosing what topic to pursue. We are planning to discard our present topic, speech-to-text feature for Nokia Seies 60 phones given what happened to the launching of Windows Vista's speech to text feature that went CRAP. The task bar is covering half of the top of the page and at the top where the START button would be is not showing and I can not access it to shut it down or move the taskbar down to the bottom where I want it. It seems to have a mind of it's own and changes position all over the page. HELP. I would like to shut my computer down. Thanks

My mouse finger is getting toooooooo much

I need to know of a program that will let me create my own loops and samples to use in acid pro 6. I have used Cakewalk Kinetic and it did the job but was very fiddly and the sound wasn't very good. Obviously I have heard of Reason 3 and all that but I can't afford it, or get a copy to work on my PC. I want to create good sounding samples and drum loops to remix my tunes from my library. Also I have heard of Drum and Bass rig and found it not very good either. Please help!

ok. i have been trying to play on my computer, games. but when i try playing HALF-LIFE 2 my computer takes forever to load it up! and when it finally starts (halleliya!) when i turn like the character around it freezes for like 2 minutes! (GRRRRRRRRRRRRR......) do you know things that i should add to my computer to make it to the end of my games with out it Stoping or freezing?
