u should be looking for partitioning software, rather then partitioning magic. as far as u can understand there are lot's of it.
partition magic is the most famous one, but not the most opmital.
reasons : PM 1) is unreasonably expensive.
2) sometimes doesn't work properly
3) is not functional
so find another partitioning software.
as for me i'm using Acronis Disk Director. it's better then Partition Magic.

You have a couple of choices. Windows XP during installation offer the option to partition your harddrive. However if already have Windows XP installed and wish to partition your hard drive, you'll need to use software such as Partition Magic

it can partition your drive even after windows is installed without any loss, great program
