It depends on what type of micros you are trying to program, and how many. check out http://www.bpmicro.com/ they have several that are good. I think they have the best programmers, but they arent cheap.

For cheaper programmers try http://www.needhams.com/ they work OK to. I have used both types and they both do the job.
