If you are looking for more themes give this site a try :
http://www.tgtsoft.com/links.php
The program is called StyleXP. This program will give you tons of themes, styles, icons, cursors, boot screens to use, but, be sure you know what you are doing before changing any settings to do with the boot screens! Should you mess around too much with these you may have to reformat your computer if something goes wrong.
Once you have StyleXP installed, there are tons of sites on the net to download free themes/styles for the program.
Here are a few sites to have a look at.
http://themes.belchfire.net
http://graphicstyles.org
http://www.themejunkie.com
http://www.customize.org
http://www.deviantart.com
http://www.winmodify.com

Go to download.com, click desk enhancements and themes. A list comes up on the left of different types of themes. If you hold your mouse over the link to a particular theme, you can check the platform, cost and size. If it still interests you, click the link for more info.
