you know the whole ctrl-alt-delete thing?.. well everytime i try to close a program using that method it says "task manager has been disabled by your administrater".. well im the only one who uses my computerand there is no other users.. i tried to find settings for it but i cant find any!!.. i need help!

Sounds like your PC has been taken over by malware/spyware.

Download, install, and run spybot search and destroy.

That usually happens at schools or office buildings because all of the computers are linked up to a central network. Your parents might have put some restrictions on your computer. You should check that out with them.

i assume you've living house windows xp. if so, click commence, flow to the administration panel, contained in the administration panel click consumer debts. contained in the administration panel choose clientele. The window that pops out will reveal the debts which could be assigned as constrained or computer administrator. Set your account as computer administrator. once you placed your account as computer administrator, you'd be in a position to regulate the computer.
