I have a dodge 200 caravan. I have 89000 mile on it. It seem to be running a little at idle. It will lose power when the AC is on. Could it be the fuel filter clogged? Where is that located? And could it be the air filter dirty? How do I replace that? I tried and could not open the box it is in.

The transmission is going bad in my car. The warning light is lit and it's been shifting a bit funny for a while. I am about to get rid of this car, but I need to drive it for a few days first. If the transmission dies while I'm on the road, is it dangerous? What happens?

my blinker on my car front right went out and i have to get an inspection this month its due, what can I do Im not sure if it got to be replaced or if the bulb needs to be replaced. It was knocked out of place (the blinker) and whenI press it the arrow blinks very fast. What should I do, first step to gettin thsi done?

Tested horn by hooking wire to it and touching other end of wire to posi. post on battery. Horn worked. When I push horn button on steering wheel, I can hear a clicking sound under dash, but that is all. Is there a horn relay under dash, and if so, where exactly is it, and what does it look like?

i went there to have an oil change only.after a while they asked me to go to my car and explained that i need to have a radiator flush etc.whatever(by the way I only have 16,000miles on my car)that will cost me $222. instead of the $18 for oil change.i said just go on with the oil change and this guy let me signed the paper, for i thought i was done. a couple of mins. waiting i said to the cashier to pls. check why my car is not yet done. sure enough the guy performed the job, i told him to stop but he was already done by that time. they called the manager and everything was just crazy coz im not gonna pay for it. unfortunately i signed it remember. i was so furious when i paid for it although they gave it to me for $145. the sad part when i drove the car like 5 meters , the light pop out in my dashboard looks like the oil light that looks like a genie lamp.anyway i went back and they said they forgot to reset the light. ok.when i got home i opened the hood and smoke were coming out.

This might be a good one for mythbusters. What would happen and how long would it take if I replaced all the water/antifreeze with gas?? How long would it run before (i assume) it caught fire or would it explode?

THE BATTERY IN THIS VEHICLE WENT DEAD LAST WEEK. I HAD THE BATTERY RE-CHARGED AND TESTED, THE BATTERY IS O.K. IT WAS BOUGHT NEW 2 MONTHS AGO. THE ALTERNATOR WAS ALSO CHECKED, AND IT WAS O.K. ALSO. I JUST NEED TO KNOW HOW TO CHECK AND SEE IF THERE'S A DRAW ON THE BATTERY. ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED!!!!

My girlfriend has a 2004 Corolla and her dash lights, radio light, and the light behind the shifting console all go out when she turns her headlights on. All the fuses are fine, and the interior dome light works fine. I have read the radio light is LED, but haven't checked the bulbs yet behind the dash and shifting console because everything stopped working at once. Sounds like a wiring problem to me. Any suggestions?

I have this car service at the dealership, which I trust. They told me that the check engine light was from a catalytic converter fault. The light does not go off and they have told me that I need to replace the CC which will cost over $1400. What will happen if I don't get this repair done?

I have a Jeep with a 5.2 engine and the passenger side plug in the VERY back is stuck! No I didn't do it....Goodyear in Mt. Home AR when I had problems with it .I had one on the diver side do the same thing when I first bought it and was changing them for the first time .It broke but I got it out but the passenger side has way less room! Should I go ahead and break the plug like I did the other and try to use a back-out or just leave it in forever!!?

Does the squeaking mean my brakes are nearly shot or does it mean anything else? I have a 98 Honda Civic HX 2-door with 90,000 miles on it.

If there's nothing wrong with the squeaking is there anything I can apply or do to stop the squeaking?

I have a M reg VW Polo....
When I brake there is a grinding noise...
Initially I thought pads but its does not grind all the time if travelling over 40mph there is no grinding. They only grind at low speeds?

I have a 2006 Pontiac Vibe. It has separate amber directional lights and I'm told I need a tail light converter for the car. BUT.... I have 6 separate lights (3 on each side) on my trailer. Can I simply run each sides' directional wires from my car direct to the directional lamps on the trailer and then run the car brake lines to the second set of lamps on the trailer and then the car running lights to the 3rd set of lamps on the trailer and do away with the need for a convertor ? What kind (how many poles) of a connecter would I need ?
