I am thinking of having my differential oil changed again but i am not sure if i have a "manual transmission oil" as i have never heard of it. I was reading somewhere online that there is one.

Gear oil, and Transmission oil. (manual) are two different oils.
One has friction modifiers, (differential) either 85w90 or 140 wt. I don't know which your requires.
The transmission gear oil does not have friction modifiers in it and could be 30 wt. gear oil.

Also refer to your owner's manual for lubricant specifications. Use Mobil One synthetic oil in your manual transmission and improve the gear synchronization and shifting properties, especially in colder weather.
