My car is a 2003 Chevrolet Monte Carlo. No it is not a bottle of pop or anything like that in the truck or on the floor. You can hear it thru the dash. Any ideas?

Okay I have a 1990 Cadillac Seville with 135,645 miles on it. It still runs great to my knowledge. But I have had to replace a few parts, I had to replace the altenator, the temperature gauge, and a switch on the wheel so I could turn my highbeams on. I plan on keeping this car for a while I already put a nice system in it, tinted the windows added an E&G grille and a chrome woman on the hood. What fluids should I have changed? I get my oil changed every 2,000 miles but I have never changed my trans fluid, my power steering ( I always add to it) or anything else. And another thing the car seems to ride rough at times like every little bump can be felt and it sounds like something raddels. is that the shocks? I have no idea what needs to be taken care of in that part but ever since i got the car it has always raddeled when I hit a bump like something is shaking. But its still a nice car! and i love it!

I have a 2002 dodge ram 1500 3.7L V-6. I am getting fuel, I am getting fire, and I checked the compression and it was pretty consistent at around 115 psi. The only thing I can think of is that the valve timing may be a tooth off. Is there anyway to check the valve timing without takeing the timing chain cover back off? Could it be a faulty computer? How can I tell?

The 2 front tires on my honda accord are both bald, and I sort of wanna try changing them myself, as I can buy 2 replacement tires online pretty cheap.....it probably wouldn't cost too much more to just go to a store and have it done but im curious as to if this task can be done easily by myself? What would I need to do, what tools do I need? or should I just stop being cheap and take it to a tire store?

Its not a dent that can simply be popped out, but rather an outward protrusion. I, more than likely, could hammer it down, but I do not want to cause further damage to the car. Any help or ideas will be greatly appreciated.

I've had this van since about 17,000 miles (90,000 now). I've changed the brakes pads and shoes several times. I changed the rotors once. There is no noise or pulling. No warning lights or computer codes. I'm using mopar brake parts.

Brakes seem fine for normal stops, but when I have to "slam" on the brakes, it seems that it just sort of slows down and eventually stops when it wants to. 2 different mechanics say there is nothing wrong.

I know it has ABS, and I've driven many other cars with ABS. The wheels certainly do not lock up. I do not detect any pulsing during hard stops. This van is just scarry to drive because if this situation.

Any ideas?

I cannot stand a dirty car and especially dirty windows. My problem is when I clean my car and then do the glass, no matter what I do they come out streaked. I use the best products. I've tried windex and all of its sister products. I tried foam glass cleaners. I've used paper towel, newspaper you name it i have tried it. But they still come out streaked. Any ideas out there?

My relatively lightly used car, a 2003 Infiniti G35 with no mechanical issues to date, sat parked in a garage for six months and the battery is now dead, which is not surprising considering that the alarm system must have drained every last bit of juice. I attempted a jump start this afternoon using a friend's old Minivan with an old battery (possibly an issue?) and the car reluctantly started after a surprisingly long wait, but the car then soon died. After giving it another shot, the car again started after a lengthy wait and I drove the car around the parking garage for a minute or two while never exceeding ten miles per hour and it again would not start after I turned it off. What do you think is the issue? Would it be worth my time to now get a jump from a new car with a healthy battery and take it on the highway at higher speeds to see if it fully recharges? Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!

We just bought a 1991 toyota celica for nearly nothing. We drove it a while and now it has 2 flats on the front and we are taking it to get a new set this weekend. When going over records the previous owners gave me I noticed that the tires were replaced every 6 months (once one was purchased 2 months after a new set) for almost 3 years. I know some people really keep up their cars and this was a teenage driven car, but every car I have ever owned and driven thousands of miles hasn't needed a new set of tires at MOST once a year? What would cause this? Would like a good idea so if the tire guy tells me somethings wrong I won't get ripped off. Thanks a bunch.

I know, this sounds really stupid but I lost the only key to my car, where can I get someone to make a new one? How does that work, do they have to come and like make a cast mold thing with the ignition or just need some serial numbers or something like that? I just bought the car and drove it home, I kept the key in my pocket and had to go to practice and I think it fell out of my pocket during practice and no one has found it I think the lawn mower ground it up so how much does it cost and where should I call? I bought it from a private party not like a dealer or anything it's a Chrysler New Yorker 1996, thanks so much.

Twice now that I have had my mower in the back of my pu, someone has stolen my full gas can. This morning it was in my driveway! Anyone with a loaded mower probably has a full gas can, too. They're smart.
