When I push the button for it to go up only one side of the window wants to go up and it pushes the window out of alignment so its not even. What is wrong?

It's out of the track. Take it to a body shop or auto glass shop.

Sounds like one side of the window is off the track. Probably have to take the inside of the door off to check and put it back on the track.

Guide clip at the rear upper part of the glass is broken or popped out of the channel and keeping the glass from going up the channel properly---dealer or glass company should carry them.

I would guess the window bottom roller has come off or is broken.. if you can use a screw driver there is a chance you can fix it yourself.

remove the arm rest, door handle, & the screws that hold the inside door panel in,,, carefully lever/pop the push clips that hold the panel in & remove it..

the bottom of the window has a channel that has two rollers in it... one of those rollers is the problem..

window regulator or guides depending on the vehicle. there are no generic or universal correct answers to your question. more info is needed like what kind of car it is.
