If you can figure out how to get it off, remove the old one and epoxy the parts back together--usually there's a small trim panel in that corner of the door that pops or screws off and then you can access the two or three mounting bolts or nuts, unplug the wire harness from the mirror to the door and remove mirror. Salvage yard one might be pretty cheap too.

On some cars if it's just the bolts or screws torn out, you can use larger bolts. You will have to drill out the holes in the door and possibly drill and tap the mirror. I've fixed many Mitsubishi Galants this way. Some mirrors are painted to match the vehicle or at least costly to replace. This way of repairing the mirror you don't even need to take the door panel off.

No. My girlfriend just broke hers pulling out of a fast food restaurant. It will cost $300.00 to replace it including paint.
