You must fix the leaks. If the brake line itself is leaking due to a hole, you must replace the brake line. This shouldn't be a patch job as your life, and others depend on it.
If the leak is occuring at a caliper or wheel cylinder, you can rebuild/replace these yourself. Be sure that you bleed the brake lines to remove all traces of air after you have replace these or your brakes won't work properly.

If the leak is because your car is 10 years old or more and the line has rusted out, the best solution is to replace a long section of the line with new steel brake line. The brake line itself is very inexpensive. You need a repair shop that can cut off your present line and "reflare" it to accept the new section of line. It's easy if the shop's done similar rusted brake line repairs. But it will cost about $250 by the time they get done bleeding your brakes, which is a good thing to do anyways to make your brakes last a long time.

The lines must be replaced and the brake system must be bled. If you know how to do this, than save yourself the cash. Otherwise, take it to a reputable mechanic ASAP. There is no "Mickey Mouse" quick fix; it must be fixed properly and immedieatly.

Obviously, the line needs to be replaced. Who does the job - you or a mechanic - depends on how mechanically challenged you are.

I would highly recommend taking it to a reputable shop for repair. Don't take this wrong, but if you have to ask, you shouldn't do it yourself.
