2001 GMC 1-ton dually. The bed side panels are plastic, not fiberglass. Maybe the same stuff Pontiac Fieros used? I need to find an epoxy adhesive that will stick to the stuff, before doing some minor body repair.

I have a car that has just been sitting for awhile and I think the gas in the tank has turned to sludge. Is there something that I can pour into the tank to return the gas to normal? Or as normal as I can get it?

I have a 1999 Mustang. When I run the A/C I can see liquid running down onto the floor on the passenger side. On a long enough trip the entire floor is soaked on that side of my car, even behind the seat. The liquid does not seem to have a color or an odor so I have assumed that it is simply condensation from the A/C. Is this a big problem?

Does anyone here know why the steering wheel on my 1995 Lincoln Town Car is extremely tight, making it hard to make turns, i have to force it really hard. Some times, it'll turn perfectly fine, but most of the time I have to struggle. I usually ck the power steering fluid, and i fill it regularly, so right now its full. What is causing this? Thank u in advance for any help!

hi everyone. i have a 1996 chevy camaro Z-28 that my dad and i both think the engine locked up on. i was headed to school this morning and the engine raced up to 3000 rpms and then died. i pulled over to the side of the road and tried to start it again and it only cranked but was real sluggish. my dad showed up and we tried to start it again and all it did was was 1 crank sound and nothing else. it wouldn't crank at all. we tried jumper cables to make sure it wasn't the battery, but the battery is fine. we recently had the transmission rebuilt and spent almost 1500 dollars. we are both afraid the engine is locked up. does anyone maybe have suggestions on what it is??? Thanks!!! :)

I believe there shouldnt be any problem switching from regular gas to premium, i have been using regular unleaded since years but now gas is cheaper so i am going to use premium for better performance. does anyone know if premium 93 does make any diffrence or its about the same as regular unleaded? currently i am experincing some knocking and pinging sound from my cars engine i guess its due to regular gas so any comment?

Today on my way to the store, I was using my air conditioner, the gage for my temperture was not running hot, but a red light came on saying I was low on coolant. I cut off the airconditioner and went on to the store, after I came back to my vehicle, I used the air conditioner on the way home and the light did not come on again. Do I need to put more coolant in my car or just keep an eye out to see if the red light comes on again

The caps i've seen have 1 1/2 " letters on the front and 1/2" letters on the back strap. The caps colors were dark blue and/or light blue. The label on the inside says "CAP-USA" , genuine quality.

The transmission in my car recently went out... after several mechanics and estimates I paid $1900 to have my tranmission "re-built"... I don't know much about cars, but I would have assumed for that kind of money I could have just bought a new transmision. But I was told by many that a re-built transmission is better than a brand new one. Can someone tell me why?
Thanks!

I have a 2001 BMW 325i. I have replaced the left headlight bulb 3 times in the last 9 months. I have been replacing the bulb with Sylvania Silverstar bulbs and have been very careful not to get any oils on the bulb. However, it continues to go out while the right is still going strong. The weather seals seem intact and when I pull the bulb it is in good condition , just the filament is blown. Anyone know what would be causing this?

Hi! I am Sarath from Sri-Lanka. My car is a Nissan Presea R 10.
My problem is when I drive, especially in late evenings, I find head lights are blinking like. Moreover, battery light indicates very often when the engine is on. I brought the car to a technician, and he says, battery is overcharging, exceeding 14 V . Further he said it may be due to some problem with the alternator.

Also last night I found wipers were moving very fast, even at level one.

Could some technically competant gentleman answer my problem to solve this out?
