Does anyone here know why the steering wheel on my 1995 Lincoln Town Car is extremely tight, making it hard to make turns, i have to force it really hard. Some times, it'll turn perfectly fine, but most of the time I have to struggle. I usually ck the power steering fluid, and i fill it regularly, so right now its full. What is causing this? Thank u in advance for any help!

Your car is not equipped with a steering rack. Rather, it has a steering BOX. It's pretty common for the seal on the box to fail due to the sector shaft rusting out, and in turn damaging the seal, which probably explains why you have needed to top up the fluid quite regularly. It will need to be replaced. Be prepared to spend some money though, a remanufactured steering box will run for a couple hundred bucks.

you probably have let the fluid go low for a while and allowed the power-steering pump to go bad,you should check if you have a very dark residue in the bottom of the filler reservoir and if so it will be signs that the rubber in the power steering is gone and needs to be replaced, other than that you could check if there is a assist valve on the power line, sometimes it gets blocked and makes it very hard to steer, check these things before doing any replacements.good luck.

Time to replace the belt turning the power stearing pump.
When this belt get loose it slips over the pully turning the pump. Not pumping the fluid to the steasring box or rack and pinion.
It could also be low on power stearing fluid.
