I have a 1992 Honda Accord with a 5-spd. manual. It's been sitting for over a year and now that I'm trying to get it running again, the clutch pedal falls all the way to the floor with no resistance and it stays there. I have to pull it up to get it to the top position. Please help???!!!!!!

For a clutch with mechanical cable, the cable is broken, or the return spring has broken. For yours, which is hydraulic, either the clutch master or slave cylinder has failed and there is no brake fluid in the lines, or the piece between the clutch arm and the slave cylinder has broken and fallen off. Start by looking in the clutch master cylinder to see if there is fluid. If not, fill it, pump it a few times and look for leaks.

The pressure plate took a dump or the clutch pedal linkage is broken.

Check the clutch cable. That may be the reason it's sitting for that long

May want to check your fluids, then give that master cylinder and the lines a once over.
