what is the best way to remove blue on exhaust stacks?

if they are chrome polished stacks then look in a motorcycle acessories brochure they have a polish that will restore the original chrome finish , as to how effective these are im unsure as never tried them but worth a go not too expensive

You can't. That's not a coating. It's the chrome changing color.

you cant....but you can buy them that are ceramic coated inside and it wont blue
