I'm looking for some place that does a good job, but will not cost a arm and a leg.

If your putting brake shoes with rotors I'd be running as fast as I possibly can with out caring how much it costs..

Brake pads go with brake rotors.
Brake shoes go with brake drums.

Most shops charge $70-$100, which is reasonable, to get it done for any less requires doing it yourself.

The key word is "reasonable ". And you're probably looking at a bill that will be over $500. No such thing as reasonable when it comes to work on a Jag...

If you want "reasonable" maintenance, why did you buy a Jaguar? Next time, buy a Ferrari. I hear they're real cheap to work on, and you can get parts at any wrecking yard.
