This beautiful morning I was going to drive my Wife to work, but my car decided to call it a day. I'd insert the key and the starter motor feels like it does half a turn and then there is only rapid ticking. The weird thing is that the radio comes ON the MW and volume 13. the battery seems to be OK

Our 1994 Honda Civic got stolen and the tires and rims got jacked as well as the intake and stereo. Our main concern is the vehicle being operational. We have close to no money. Me and my girl had to cash advance just to get her car out of the impound. We are getting it out of the impound Tuesday afternoon but we either A. have to have somewhere to store it (private property or a friend who doesnt mind having a car with no whels in the yard) or B. get rims and tires so we can park it in our garage. We live in an apartment so it can't sit on the street more than 72 hours unless we move it atleast 6 feet. We basically need to find a place locally or someone local who can hook up a set of rims and tires for real cheap. We live in Palm Springs, California and if there is anyone who can help us out it would be soooo appreciated. We are literally F****D if we can't get this resoved or find a solution by Tuesday and were fresh out of ideas. Any input is greatly appreciated.

Well i need to change my sensor in my truck and i would like to know the different sensors for the cooling system. I know one is to show me my temp of my truck in my dash but there are two more other sensors. One has a green connection and the other is the brown connection what do they do.

the 83 chevy me and my friends got, weve decided to field beat it(to all ya city folk, it means trash it by drivin it in the field), sometimes when you turn the key to start theres a bad screech and other times it dosent and starts, my friends truck has a 305 that does it to. are 305's bad for whatever it is?

Well...my parents right now own a Porsche 912 (1967) but my dad has been thinking of getting a newer Porsche. I told him to look for a 1999 for about like 22,000 but he says that the OLDER looks are better, 1983 to like 1993. Which would you choose?

(my parents budget is *STRICTLY* below 23,000)

Usually the problem subsides as the heater warms up the car. It is most pronounced in very cold weather (below 20 degrees) which makes it difficult to demonstrate when I take it to the dealer. Most information on the internet refers to problems with the Subaru WRX, a different model and engine than my 2002 Legacy L. Has anyone solved this problem?

My hubby has aquired a Jeep that was thought to be in good shape but I fear that it is not. The front end was shaking @ high speeds (about 50+)and they replaced the traction bar, rotated the tires and aligned the front end. Didn't help. Now the part time light for the 4WD is going on and off and the 4WD doesn't even work (or we can't get it to). Can anyone give me some suggestions of what it could be? I am taking it back in on Monday and they will look at it for free unless they have to start tearing it apart to find the problem. I just wanna know what I might be getting into. Thank in advance for your help!!!
