i am looking on ebay to buy a used car cause i cant really go no where.
my budget is $11000 and i might ask my dad for more

the cars that am really thinkin about are

Mustang 2005 V6
BMW 328CI coupe 2000 with mileage around 100k so it gets to by budget
Scion tc 2005
Nissan Murano, but am not sure about this one cause i want a coupe.
so what do u guys think. should i get one of these or something else. i still have to concider mileage, maintenance.

Car dealrship hasnt been able to get me financed and it has been over a month. About three weeks ago I went into dealrship and signed new contract and was told that I had finaly been approved and that they had already sold my trade in. Come to find out I wasnt financed. I was told if I dont bring in $1200 they are going to have car repod and that I can just forget about the $500 I gave as a def payment and I can just forget about my trade in bc its gone so I better get use to the thought of walking. I never even gave title to my old car bc I thought that would stop them from selling it till I knew I was financed for sure. I was also told to lie to the bank and say that I gave them $2,000 in cash as a down which I didnt. I does say in contract that I signed that I gave them that much cash. I know they are trying to get one over on me but where exactly do I stand? They didnt get in contact with me withing 10 days of new contract.

I take my driver's test on Thursday and if I pass, we're going straight to the car dealerships to buy a car. I have about a thousand dollars to put down, plus the first month's payment. What is the optimum price I should go for so that my payments will be at the most 250 a month. Any other tips for a first time buyer are greatly appreciated. Thank you.

i bought a car on thursday from a person, took it to a mechanic today and found out it has a blown head gasket. the person said they bought the car at auction and it had a "greenlight guarantee" on the drive train.

they dont know what this means but they are trying to look into it for me.

does it mean they will buy the car back or will it be repaired for free or cheaper than it should cost. does anyone know? please help!

I sold a car 6 months ago I recieved a letter yesterday stating that he wants to sue me. The car was a '91 camry, and had many problems I even told him that there was a cracked rediator, he is now citing the radiator as grounds for me knowingly selling a defective vehicle, I signed the title over, cashed his check, and he was gone. wondering if anyone has any experience with anything like this. I live in colorado if that makes any difference.

Say, a car wth 100,000 hard "driving in town" miles?

Im looking to buy this 99 Jeeo cherokee with 200,000 highway miles. It was used for deliveries. I know Jeeps can run a while though.

I am 17 years old, and I can't get a loan for a car put in my name.

I had a truck that I paid 100% for, and I traded it in for a new truck. My dad signed a loan for me to buy this new truck, and contributed no money whatsoever to it. I will be making all monthly payments.

What is a good way, in case I go somewhere and my dad wants the truck and reports it stolen, that I can prove that I pay for the truck and it is actually mine so if he does report it stolen while I have it or trys to take it from me I can prove that it's mine?

I will be paying each payment by check from a checking account that has only my name on it. Is that good enough?

i live in ireland at the moment and i wonder if that site is trustful enough :]

1.how much tax will i pay if im buyin a car from that website?
[plz considering the fact that i live in ireland]

2. would i be able to fix the car in ireland if the car has something wrong. coz i have this experience of buying a camera from japan and couldnt fix it over here coz its made in japan and i dunno know they said they just cant fix it for me.

3. ive heard that its cheaper over belfast than dublin.
would it be safer to go to belfast and get a car than buying from online?

My Current Car is a LEMON. While looking into getting a new one, I came across to pre-owned cars. One is a 2007 Hyundai Santa Fe GLS w/ 24,134 miles @ $16, 987. The Other is a 2007 Dodge Caliber SXT w/ 35,577 miles @ $13, 387. I know nothing on both, so I don't know which is the better car.
