There is a very small market for LPG cars in the UK.
Many manufacturers don't even offer it - the development costs would not be paid for by the predicted sales, so it doesn't make economic sense for all.
Some manufacturers (e.g. Vauxhall) do offer LPG cars, but dealers don't keep them in stock because the market is so small. Dealers will only order for stock a car they can be confident of selling in a short period of time.
The UK market as a whole is switching to a build-to-order system, where you can get exactly the car you want from any dealer, but have to wait for it. Both my current and previous cars were built to my order.

hi you could! Vauxhall nevertheless produce the Vectra 1800 on LPG, Mitsubishi do an LPG MPV. up till 3 months in the past Volvo nevertheless had inventory of their V70 (think of thats the kind), and that i've got heard which you would be able to order some sort sorts of Peugeots in France RHD working on LPG. Failing that there is a enterprise in i think of Norfolk or Lincolnshire that sell low mileage used LPG automobiles. good luck

The majority of manufacturers dont make them because it would simply be a loosing proposition for them. theres no point in manufacturing an entire car that can only be used in 3 cities in the united states.
same with fuel cells. Theres just not enough places to fill up at... where in the hell are you going to find hydrogen when youre out of fuel?

The price would scare people away and as usually the dealerships would cry and say that they are not making any money again.
