A bus is stopped in the middle of a parking lot with no emergency lights flashing. A car, who needs to get through sees the bus, and waits for a minute for something to happen. Car driver is unaware whether to pass through the side of the bus since the windows were tinted and hard to see. Car driver starts to pass through alongside the bus and a passenger from the bus comes out. The bus passenger hits the side of the car and gets minorly injured. Who's at fault? Bus driver, bus passenger, or car driver?

2000 honda civic ex.. recently involved in a accident, the adjuster came out and so far the estimate is at 3600.00 dollars, but i am sure it will go up as he did not even look under the hood as there was damage under there as well... should i mention the diminished value of the car or should i wait until the car is repaired properly then start negotiating the diminished value ?

i replaced hte belt because it was smelling like burning rubber, i also replaced the idler pulley because it was the only one that even seemed somewhat questionable. the smelling rubber has gone away, but not the clutch or squealing. i replaced the thermostat last year because i was doing a complete flush of the system and had everything off anyway. the temperature never seems to be an issue though. is there a way to check the new a/c pulley, perhaps this is the problem. all the pulleys were spinning free and making no noise.

the thing is my dad just lost his job and is thinking about becoming a truck driver. But he doesnt speak the most fluent english. He's a very good driver so I dont doubt that part. I read that you need to take a written test in order to get your cdl. Has anyone here taken that and how hard is it?

Woops. I deleted my last one on accident but yeah

Im going to be driving soon and I would really like a ford mustang as a first car. Ive been a fan of cars and an even bigger fan of mustangs since i was 9. Im prepared for the "need experience before buying" answers, but ill probably take them lightly because of how horrible teen drivers are made out to be but I will be taking VERY good care of my car because im going to study to be an automechanic and an aftermarket tuner. If you dont reccemend this car as a first one could you include some that would be good first cars? no p.o.s. cars though please

ive seen these tanks chained, tied to telephone pole all the time and wondered what they were for.im sure they are not flammable,is it argon gas?what do they use them for?they seem dangerous tied to the pole like they are, since the poles seem to be magnets for out of control drivers.

My company has purchased us 28 ft trailers to pull behind our pickups. The trucks will be 4 door with a 8ft bed that is almost 26ft with a 28 ft trailer to pull behind . The trucks will be diesel. My question is can we fuel up where the big trucks fuel or do we have to fuel out front where the cars fuel. We have company master cards and if we can fuel up where the big truck do, can we use the cards at the pump. Thanks for answering this Question. David

had a/c compressor and fan clutch changed. fan clutch stayed on , robbed my power, belt squeals when i step on the gas too hard. had guy replace it and it still stays on all the time. he says it is fine and that the belt squealing has nothing to do with what he did, even though it never squealed before. never had heating problems even when the fan clutch didn't work. should i try another clutch manufacturer, an electric one, a flex fan?
