I got 2 tockets in 2003 and 2 in 2005 now I just got arrested for driving with a suspended license and have to pay these surcharges from years ago will these points fall off our am I doomed forever?

Texas does not use a points system, but a review system. Your insurance company can look back as many years as they wish, but usually only 3 years will effect your rates.

You just got arrested for driving with a suspended license. If it was up to me, you would be forfeiting your car. Texas, and most other states, need to get serious about safety!
