What license do you need for auto transportation in CA?

Trying to start new auto transport company in CA and wanted to know the required licenses or any other important requirements needed to get started?

Depends on what you are doing..

Hauling a bunch of them at once...... Class A
Hauling one or two... Prob. Class B (depends on weight)
Driving a car for someone from point a to point b...no passengers... Class C

Driving a vehicle with passengers.. Class B with Passenger endorsement.

Check with the DMV .. explain what you want to do and they will tell you what you need.
