I am thinking about buying a used 2WD CRV, or something of that nature. I am wondering if insurance is typically higher on that type of vehicle.

I'm still young, so I want to start saving for a sailboat, I want a nice custom built one. But I don't want to wait till I retire to get it, I'd rather not phone up manufacturers since I'm not going to be purchasing any time soon.
So how much would it be expected to cost?

When I start my commodore it sometimes only starts on the second go. This is very evident when the engine is hot after a long drive or on a hot day. Is this normal or something to be worried about.

My 17 year old son bought himself a brand new Vespa px125 two months ago and some white van man knocked him off. Luckily my son is ok now. How is it fair that he paid £2,300 forit 2 months ago and the insurance have offered him £1,900. It was not his fault, why should he suffer? I feel for the guy, he cleaned it, maintained it on a daily basis and is a good clean nosed kid. He should be able to replace it with a new one, now he can't unless he pays out for the extra. It seems so unfair that it wasn't his fault yet he is losing out. Any advice, please post, it upsets me you know.

My future daughter in law is manipulative. She caught me off guard, and I loaned her my car for two days. Although she was to drive the car only to take her daughter to school and to dance lessons, she put 175 miles on my car. How do I refuse future requests without seeming like a "meanie"???

I know it can be comfy to put your feet up, but can you not consider others? Do you want to sit on a seat after someone else has had their dirty shoes on there? We just live in an age where no one has any consideration for others.

I just bought a 96 honda civic, but the alarm/key-less entry isn't working. It has the standard head unit, as I realise that the alarm is wired through that.

Any ideas why it may not be working? Would the dealer have deactivated it to stop it annoying people while it was sitting in the car yard?

I am planning to set up autobody repair and paint shop which will have the size of 5 workbays including one paint booth.

The operation will include straightening, welding and others. As a beginner, I will need some tips before making any serious financial commitments.
My question is:
1.Is this kind of business really profitable?
2.Estimatedly, how much capital would be required for such venture?

Any helpful inputs from experienced guys or direction to a particular helpful websites would be highly appreciated!
We are still learning.
