I kinda know what to do but not really. I just need to know what all i need to do and what parts i should actually replace?? Any information will help......

Are you asking how to overhaul a rear axle assembly or replace the entire unit? These are two very different types of jobs and I'm not sure you know what you are talking about. Be specific and re-ask.
