i was stopped at a stop light on an incline and some idiot pulled like a foot off my back bumper. so i pull up a foot or two, and what do they do? they pull up even closer! so i pull up one more time (they have to be able to see that im driving a manual transmission) and they get even CLOSER! now if i had rolled back on them, whose fault would that have been?

I wrote before about my car. It's a 99' oldsmobile intrigue. 3.8 motor. Broke down on the road. Someone screwed up the oil change and all of the oil leaked out, the car ran hot, water boiled out, and the car's system shut itself down. Put oil and water in. Car made it home but wouldn't start the next morning. We did crank it a lot when it stopped, trying to get it to start again, after it cooled down. The starter tore up, we put a new one in it. It cranks over but won't start. It's not out of gas. The battery gets a spark. The head doesn't appear to be craked, because there is no water in the oil. Does anyone know what else could be wrong with it. Thanks.

I have replace parts with a mechanics help that we think may be the problem to no avail, it starts but stalls but wil stay running if I keep pumping the pedel but roughly, I even took the air breather off and sprayed gas with a spray bottle in the intake and it runs great, the only thing I can think of that I have not changed would be the map sensor, or o2 sensor, it is pumping gas and seems to do ok, tomorrow I hope to check the pressure of the fuel pump if my mechanic friend brings the pressure checker, any ideas? Please help, Im disabled and so is my income, lol!
Thanks

I recently swapped out my stock exhaust manifolds with some used ones I bought on Ebay b/c one of my original ones were cracked. When I got finished with the swap I cranked it up and the drivers side was perfectly fine but the passengers side was leaking like crazy. I took it back off tonight and seen the gasket had blew out at the bottom of it on all three cylinders. Why I don 't know.. I just now spent several hours putting a new gasket on and making sure I tightened it from the inside out and all that fun stuff just to crank it up and it's still doing the exact same thing.. exhaust is escaping at the bottom of the gasket on all three cylinders. What the hell could I be doing wrong? Could the manifold be warped or something? Any Ideas?
