I recently swapped out my stock exhaust manifolds with some used ones I bought on Ebay b/c one of my original ones were cracked. When I got finished with the swap I cranked it up and the drivers side was perfectly fine but the passengers side was leaking like crazy. I took it back off tonight and seen the gasket had blew out at the bottom of it on all three cylinders. Why I don 't know.. I just now spent several hours putting a new gasket on and making sure I tightened it from the inside out and all that fun stuff just to crank it up and it's still doing the exact same thing.. exhaust is escaping at the bottom of the gasket on all three cylinders. What the hell could I be doing wrong? Could the manifold be warped or something? Any Ideas?

Bring the manifold to a machine shop and get the surface shaved. The manifold is slightly warped. If you had, by some chance, a auto body air sander (the long one) you could do some minor shaving to see how far off the surface is, however a machine shop will do it for a minimal fee. I haven't had one done in a long time but it used to be about $25 per. Hope that helps.

It doesn't seem that warp would cause all three to leak in the same place. That much warp would break the manifold when tightened. Not being there to see the problem I can only ask, are you sure you got all of the old gasket off. Maybe a piece stuck arond a stud or such ??

It's probably warped. You can stick a strait edge on it and probably learn right away. A metal yard stick is an inexpensive tool to use. You can also set it on a piece of glass and wiggle it around. Take it to a machine shop and have it milled. It shouldn't cost too much, and your problem will be solved. If its too far gone, they should know before they put it on their machine. Many auto supply stores have a machine shop in house, or can advise where to take it.

If it's not your exhaust manifold that is warped, it may be your head. Do the same test with a straight edge on the head as well.
