Not a horribly large amount but still noticeable. Fluids are all tip-top...oil changes done on a regular basis...so why is my car running hot?

OK- I have a 99 grandam. For the last year or so, it's really hard to pump gas. Because it kind of shuts off every dollar or so. A few people told me it's the fuel lines or something, but I can't afford to have it fixed. It's just a pain when it's cold out, because it takes so long to put twenty dollars worth of gas in when it stops every couple cents!

Anyway.

The other day I was putting some gas in and it got all the way up to 3 dollars before it shut off! But- there was a gurgly noise coming from the gas tank, and then a bunch of gas came BACK OUT OF THE GAS TANK!!!! I mean, it didnn't burst out or anything! Just a whole bunch of gas drizzled back out of the tank and slid right down the side of the car!!!

What would make my car do that? and is it expensive to fix?!

I bought a 1999 camaro 2 days ago and I don't know how to turn off hte alarm. It only came with 1 key and a remote. The thing about the alarm is that while its on you cant turn on the car. It happened to me while I was trying to turn on the car befor I bought it to, the owner played eith it for about 5 minutes and it turned on, but he dosnt know excactly how its done because that was only the second time its happened to him. It's parked in a parking lit about 20 minutes away from my house. is there like a combination I need or somethng because the owner says I have to reset the alarm.

my car has 500bhp. i turned the traction control off because it's supposedly faster so from a dead stop I punched the accelerator and all the car did was fishtail for about 5 seconds and then i let go of the throttle and the car started to move. I thought the car with the traction control off was supposed to spin the tires momentarily till the car started to move... but the car never started to move what am I doing wrong? am I supposed to punch the accelerator and then let the tires spin for like 2 seconds let go of the accelerator, then let the tires catch and then punch the accelerator again?

I have a 1999 Ford Windstar LX. I want to change the fuel filters, but I don't know where it is located.
I engine is cutting out a bit especially sitting on a down hill slope, I think hope its the filter(s)

The first thought it was the master cylinder so I changed it bled the system and did it again. I had changed the rear driver side cylinder four month ago so I thought it could be the passenger side this time, change it and the peddle went down again. I found out that I needed a special tool to bleed the ABS unit a Tech-1 or a Tech -2 device so I took to the dealer service dept. and they did it, and went soft again. All this took place a week ago and this week it was taking it back to the dealer to ask them to fix my truck. They said it was the master cylinder it was bad so can they replace it, I took it off and reprimed it and it was holding pressure before I took it in, so I said ok replace it. They were surprised to see me. I lost my brakes again they came back and told me that they didn't get all the air out and it's fixed now. Today is Sunday and I have nooo brakes again does anybody know whats wrong???

i have a renauly clio,2003.its a diesal car,and on the whole it runs ok.it has beem brought to my attention that i have blue smoke coming from my exhaust when i change gears.sometimes aswell when i put the heating on,i can smell oil burning.i had a service in august,and everything seemed ok at the timiplease could anyone help me with any suggestions as what to do.my oil usage is ok.

I reside in a dusty area so having major problem with dust all the time. My car attracts dust within 10mins of washing. Its so irritating that I've stopped cleaning/washing it. Every time I wash it, in a few minutes, there is a layer of dust on it. Waxing only worsens the situation.
Is there any coating/wax/polish/chemical which I can use to make the car anti static / dust.

rough idle like it is missing . Yet when I accelerate it is OK .
Put new Bosch Platinum plugs less then one year ago , changed air filter at same time . All so changed PCV valve , and the vacum hose under manifold ( elbow formed hose ) had a hole in it , checked it again just to be sure it is OK . Put new idle regulator on at about same time . Did not change fuel filter . If that was it , wouldnt it act up on acceleration as well as idle ?

Beat this one........my 1970 Shelby GT 500. In 1976 I only paid $2700 for it and it looked like it was right off the showroom. I traded it two years later for a year old 1977 Lincoln Mark IV which at the time was a great deal. daggone it anyway!!!!!!!
