A business expects to be paid for service rendered. You could try and work with them and pay some money and make weekly payments for the remainder but that's up to the shop owner.

Start talking to the shop owner or loose your truck. Get a loan from the bank borrow money.

Find the money or you are going to lose your truck for storage/repair fees pretty quick. Around here it's $25-50 a day.
