I noticed my car doesn't accelerate as quickly when the air is on. Is this normal?

Right now my truck has a 327 Vortec. It is geting ready to go out and I am thinking about putting a crate motor in it instead of rebuilding the enginr that is in it.

What kind of increase in hp/torque can i expect from the magnaflow performance muffler i have purchased for my 1998 sebring convertible jxi? I've read other places that say i can expect up to a 10% gain, but that doesnt seem realistic. Is it?

I am looking to buy a used ATV that the engine runs but the frame may be broken or something. I am looking for one for parts. I really want the motor and the controls. I live in Columbus, OH and we have CSX and NS going through town and I would like to just see an engine up close and personal and get a ride on one. Is this possible and if so how can you get the process started?

Yes it is and here is why:

When changing gear in a UK car with the steering wheel on the right , your left hand changes gear and your right hand stays on the steering wheel, (this is safer for right handed people.)

The reverse is the case in countries where one must drive on the right.-- in the USA you hold the steering wheel with your left hand and change gear with your right hand,this is dangerous if you are right handed.

Bicycles: Try mounting a bike in the USA and you will find yourself in the stream of traffic when getting on the bike---- try it yourself. Mounting a bike in the UK is done from the sidewalk by right handed people .

To reverse in the UK hold the steering wheel with right hand and look over my left shoulder to the rear window. In a USA car left hand is used and view is over right shoulder.

Right handed people are mostly "right eyed" the traffic comes toward them on their right in the UK but from the left in the USA.

I have a 1993 Jeep Grand Cherokee and I use to have to wait 10 mins for my check engine light to go on before starting my vechile the colder it was the longer it would take to start. Now instead of the check engine light going on the RPM gauge jumps up to 2, then stops and I still cant start my Jeep. I change my fuel pump my fuel Relay automatic shut off relay and my fuel filter along with the crankshaft sensor. I am lost in what to do now after spending alot of money$ I got nowhere. IF anyone has ANY suggestions on to what it could be Please help

I went to move my car so I could pull out the trash can for garbage day pickup. Pull the car out... take out the trash... drive the car back in the garage. Turn off the car... and then BAM... keys gone. Where the F could they have possibly gone?? I've torn apart the house and even grilled my 23 month-old as to where they might be, but she just laughs and giggles at me...

This whole thing is driving me crazy - no pun intended. Fortunately I have a spare key and remote opener but I only had ONE car starter remote... which is going to really suck when winter comes.

Grrrrr.

my saab is leaking coolant like mad... it goes through it almost as fast as gas... but i dont have the money for the part to get that fixed... so until then is it ok if i use water instead of coolant? thanks.
