OK, i have a question that might sound stupid, but i still want to ask it anyway

i have a 2003 honda civic manual, and i have RPM question-
my redline is 6800, sooo what is the worst that can happen to the car if i will get it to high RPM's like 6000, and i mean, will i break the car, ENGINE???? transmission, and as for how much i will be taking it that high, and umm maybe like twice/week.

(i always get mixed answers when i ask this question to people)

Symptoms: (Ignition in 'on' position) Left turn signal works fine. Right doesn't work. (In 'park lights' position) left signal works fine. Right signal causes relay to buzz. NOTE*** Right-turn dummy light on center indicator always stays on (even if I disconnect the relay!!!) NOTE 2*** In 'hazard' mode, left AND right lights turn on but alternating, right MUCH dimmer than left. I don't think it's the relay because when I disconnect the relay the 'right-turn' dummy light remains on. Any ideas?

I'm 15 years old and will be driving very soon. I'm not sure whether or not I want to buy a car with manual or automatic transmission. I am sort of leaning towards the automatic, because I'm scared of having to shift all of the time when I'm just learning to drive. My dad tells me automatic would be easier, but I've heard people say manual is more fun and gives you more power or something...please help! Thank you.

I was going 41 in a 25 mph zone and I had my dog in the car. I just got my license about 2 monthes before I got the ticket. My dog was distracting me which made me unable to slow down because I didn't realize I was going so fast. The officer mailed the ticket home and I want to defer this ticket because it's my first. They sent me a court date but also an option of doing a Mitigation Hearing by Mail where I send in my statement in the mail and the judge decides. Should I appear in court or just send a statement? I live in Seattle, Washington.

I'm about to purchase a trailer to carry my 12ft boat and I have never driven with a trailer. The boat is quite small so I hope it's not too much of a big difference. I know some basics such as making wide right turns, giving more time to acelerate and break, giving more space ahead, giving more space to pass, and also not loading the boat too much in the rear or front but rather balancing it. I plan on practicing in a parking lot (mostly reversing and turning) once i get the trailer but are there any other tips I could use? Where could I read up on this? I also need to know how to secure the boat onto the trailer as well as the trailer onto the vehicle. How much more difficult is it than driving regularly?

I'm just wondering if its MANDATORY for me to pay insurance if the car is already insured.... like the people paying it now don't wanna be paying more to put my name on the insurance too obviously. So what happens if I get in an accident with their car ensured by them? (They're related to me if that helps)

How do you become a top contributor. I am up to 11% "best answer" yet I'm not considered "top contributor". Yet I see others with 11% considerd "top contributor". I see other with less total points become top contributor. What gives?

Note: I am up to level 4.

Thanks.

Hello.. I am looking to get new aftermarket/custom rims for my Chevy S10. I currently just bought brand new tires, so I'm looking to get rims that will fit to them.

Tire Size: P205/75R15

I think the rims need to be 15" x 7" but I'm not 100% sure.. so that's why I'm coming to all of you for help!!!

My father used to ride bikes, my brother wants to get a bike(but never will, he is too broke), and now I want to be brought into the world.

I've read here several times of people saying that the best way to go is get a small, cheap bike to ride around with off the streets to get the basic feeling for balance, turning, passengers, braking and acceleration, high speeds, etc. And then from their going to a MSF course to get a lot of miles behind me and learn the etiquette of driving out on the streets. So my question is....

Lets say money is tight, is it unwise to not get the smaller (perhaps cheaper) bike to learn on and instead go straight for the courses? I hope to be riding a powerful "crotch rocket" in the end and would like to only have to buy one bike that will suit those needs, not work my way up.
