Symptoms: (Ignition in 'on' position) Left turn signal works fine. Right doesn't work. (In 'park lights' position) left signal works fine. Right signal causes relay to buzz. NOTE*** Right-turn dummy light on center indicator always stays on (even if I disconnect the relay!!!) NOTE 2*** In 'hazard' mode, left AND right lights turn on but alternating, right MUCH dimmer than left. I don't think it's the relay because when I disconnect the relay the 'right-turn' dummy light remains on. Any ideas?

As stated above, check to be sure bulbs are inserted correctly and filaments are not crossed inside bulb.

Try swapping bulbs to see if problem switches sides too.

Always give year, make, engine size and model # when asking questions. We need all of that info to give an informed answer.
Unplug the handle bar switch.
If the indicator light goes out, the switch is most likely the problem.

Bad ground to the right signal lamp. The left lamp is backfeeding it.
