Yes... You'd be responsible for whatever the deductable is on your policy and your rates might go up for making a claim. Risk of vandalism on your car will be considered greater. Sometimes it's better to take care of the smaller things yourself if possible in the long run...
The insurance company will always try to recover their money from the responsible party. If vandalism... You will probably be required to file a police report. If someone accidentally did it... The insurance company will go after them.
You could sue for damages youself in small claims court if you know who did it and have some kind of evidence or witness.

If someone damaged your vehicle, they need to make you whole and restore your vehicle to it's original condition before they did whatever they did. Get an estimate of repair, and collect that from the person who caused the damage. If they can get all, or part of it back from their insurance, good for them, but that wouldn't affect you in any way, so why worry about what their insurance might or might not do?

Oh yeah, your insurance can totally cover that as long as you have comprehensive coverage. Although, I would suggest talking to the person who spilled it on your car first for them to pay it as they are legally liable for your damages. And if they don't want to pay it out of pocket, tell them to put it to their carrier. Liability coverage would cover that, but depending on where and how it happened would determine which and what kind of policy should cover that. Good luck!

If you have full coverage, yes. But there will be a deductible to pay. If it was intentional, you can call the law, get a police report, and then get a lawyer to attempt to sue for damages plus lawyer fees.

Many insurance policies cover "vandalism" which would certainly cover your problem. If it was not done maliciously, many policies will still cover it. The only way to find out for sure is to call you agent. A phone call is free! Good luck!

Your company would pay everything over the deductible.
If this was a professional painter (or spray painter), their business liability insurance would pay for this in full as an accident.
Or you could take them to small claims court.

Only if you have comprehensive coverage and fill out a police report on the vandalism. You will have to pay your deductible.
