It depends on how good your practice is. I've seen physicians making only 150k per year and others making 500000 per year. As long as your practice is bringing in hundreds of thousands per year, then yes, you can afford one. If you only make 100-200 per year, it may be a little expensive.

A used one, unless you're a plastic surgeon in the 90210 area. Also, there is always a 1-2 year waiting list for a new one.

A better option would be a used V-8 Ferrari, a la F360 and F430.

Yes, if that's your goal in life. Be prepared for about a $1600 dollar+ payment and insurance.

With certain sacrifices, just about anyone can get a Lamborghini.
The problem is, can you afford to keep it running?
The maintenance and repairs will eat your lunch.
And gas bills.............and dinner...............and snacks.....etc,etc,etc.
