If I still owe on my car, but I want to get a new one. Will the dealer "buy" the car from me and then add it to the price of the car I want to purchase?

Miss having a classic to kick around in and have been thinking of one of the two. This would be my first porsche. Any ideas or opinions on them? Common troubles, likes, dislikes, favorite models and so forth. Not neccessarily looking for a high end collector, race car, or a garage/trailer queen. I want something me and the girl can jump in and cruise the back highways of Wisconsin in.
Also, what are some of the popular/recommended upgrades and/or add-ons for these two? Engine swaps?
And before it's mentioned...yes, I do know it's an old car. Things will need to be replaced/fixed/maintained. Not afraid at all. Used to overhaul engines and have well over 100 rebuilds under the belt. Fabrication isn't out of the question either. I'm leaning toward a lower $ car (not a clunker) just so I can fix it up and make it my own. I do prefer the cardboard to the recliner, lol.

I just got a 1998 VW Golf GTI with a 2 liter motor and a 5 speed tranny in trade for some goods and it has 198,000 miles on it. I was wondering how much further it may go? I do know it was well maintained by the previous owners.

Here are the Features I consider Important

Price: Less than or Equal to 25k
Fuel Efficient: At least 30mi to the Gallon
Back Seat: Dogs... nuff said
Comfortable: I drive a lot.
Sexy: Sleek & Stylish. I hate hearing "Oh my mom drives a...."

Please Help. I've been reading car info and my head is starting to spin with all the information out there. I have no clue what to do!

Hi guys,
I am having problem with left turn signal only. Right turn signal is working fine. I double checked both front and rear turn signal bulb, and I don't think it's a bulb issue. I already checked fuses and there is no specific fuse for turn signal lamps.
Left turn signal won't light on the dash board either. No click/ticking sound can be heard when I turn it on. Hazard light won't make any difference. Where should I begin to look for?
Could this be a problem from a turn signal switch or flasher relay?
Where is this flasher relay located?
If I need to replace any of those parts, can I find them in local pepboys or autozone?
Thanks in advance.

Ok so i'm doing an american history project where we have to make a poster board of a mock newspaper summing up a decade. I chose the 1980s. We have to include special features such as ads, so I figured i'd make one for the original Chrysler minivans (i.e. 1984 Caravan and Voyager). The problem is: Did Chrysler Corporation have a slogan that encompassed the entire brand, something like Ford's 'Have you driven a Ford lately?', but for Chrysler products?

86 VW Vanagon, has been sitting in storage for 3 months. Now can't start it. Spraying starter fluid into air intake, it starts right away, then immediately dies, so I assume gas isn't getting through. Any ideas where I start to figure out what's going on pls?
