I bought ford mustang 2003 with 52k, the drive is little shakey, I mean shaking little more for bumpy road. Do I need to change shocks or can I continue with that, I do not want to spend money on that.
Initial pick up also less, is that mean slippary transmission or anythng else. I drove at 95mi/hr on interstate, running very good, but intially has low pickup(rpm showing 2000rev/min at 70 mile speed.)
Can any one suggest or share their experiences ?
advice me if I need to take any immediate action.

I have a 2002 Buick Rendezvous and I have been told that both rear spindle bushings are bad and both lower control arm bushings are bad. It's going to cost me around $1,100 to repair, so I am considering leaving them as-is. One repair shop has told me that the main impact of these problems are premature tire wear. Are there any safety concerns with these problems?

1994 Ford escort wagon 122,000miles Ok I drove the car from one location to another about 1 1/2 hr. drive car was parked in driveway I was not operating it due to no license. I went to start the car after 2 weeks and the battery was dead. So after about another 4 weeks I put a battery from a similar car into it and everything in the car works it turns over sounds good while it's trying to start but will not fully start. I recently had a problem with the fuel pump failing . I had it looked at and tested but was told it was fine. Could it be sparks plugs?...dirty plugs?. I dont know any mechanics and seeing as i dont have a license I'm not going to pay a large amount of money to have it towed to fix it..I just want to get it started so I can store it...now the battery that I put into the car was a larger battery it was for a 97 mercury sable wagon 6 cylinder mine is a 4 cylinder with a 1.9 liter could that be the problem...Im a female ...he he he I have no clue..please please help

I have a '03 Lancer ES. I had my engine light on and had it checked. I was told it was my O2 sensor so I got a second opinion to be sure and was told the same. I ordered the sensor and my brother in law installed it on my car before i could even open the package to make sure it was the right one. So i had a mechanic check and clear the engine coding. About 3 hours later the light came back on. On my invoice from the mecahnic, he listed the codes. whcich are PO135, loosely tranlates to O2 heater Bank 1 sensor 1; the other code PO421, warm up cat efficiantcy low. I just when to Auto zone for them to run a diaignostic and the code for the 'cat?' came up. Please someone tell me what these are specifcally pertaining to. Also, prior to the engine light initially coming on, there was a recall on the catalytic converter..so that was replaced...the light coming on shortly after that? What's going on with my car? I don't wanna shell out more money but my little girls ride in it.

I got in an accident with a semi-truck and I talked to the driver before the state trooper arrived and he admitted the accident was partially his fault. The trooper got my statement first and I told the truth that I was partially responsible, the trucker decided to lie and say he was not at fault. I did not realize this untill I got the accident report. At that point I could not protest so I figured my inshurance company would get the bill because he had my info, I left for Iraq 2 or 3 months later and was gone for a year then a month or 2 after I got back my parents got a bill from the truck drivers company saying they wanted $1,420.62 for the damages. So I was wondering if they could legally persue me after such an extream amount of time.

I want to buy a new minivan & have the car windows tinted as dark as i can & still within the legal limit. I live in IL,Chicago suburb area. The car factory only has it up to 30% tinted glass. Can I have them do it straight from the factory to make it darker? Wonder will it still be those stick on sheet or they actually tinted the glass itself? I never had these done before.

The garage door opener with three LED lights is not made or supported by Homelink. The steps in the manual are not working. I have a Linear Moore O Matic GDO. I followed the steps in the manual at least 10 times with no luck. Please help.

It's a 1990 Ford Tempo. There's a poorly installed radio which I pulled slightly out of place. It was acting strangely, so I wanted to check if the back looked alright. In doing so, I somehow disconnected the dash lights and back lights. I'm guessing that the wires at the back of the radio, when pulled, pulled some other wire(s) out of place.

If you know this car, how can I fix the situation. I know there are a few wires back there, but which would be for the lights, how would I get at the wires, and where are they likely disconnected? Any precautions I should take?

I'm a student pilot and I wanted to know, say when you land at an unfamiliar airport and want to park for the night, you contact the FBO, but do they direct you to the ramp? And at an airport with multiple FBO's, what happens if you get mixed up? Or do you just pull onto a ramp that looks good to you, and then head inside to take care of fees?

Engine is getting fuel, but won't start. I changed the plugs, wires, ignition coil,and checked all the fuses, are there hidden ignition fuses anywhere ?? Or is it something else I'm overlooking ??

We bought a 1997 Kia Sephia RS last year. It has recently been blowing white smoke from the exhaust pipes..which we obviously thought was either the valve seals or a blown head gasket. We have replaced both of these things and yet the smoke keeps coming out constantly for about 30 minutes and then it lightens up until you rev the engine. We have done a compression check and we have 165 -170 PSI. We are unsure of the air/fuel mixture as we thought that was computerized and are not sure how to check this. The car runs smooth other than the smoke. The smoke smells rich... but no oil smell. What else could be the problem?

I was given a 89 ram 50 2.6, with no carb on it. have found 2 carbs one off 2.0 one from 2.6 have installed the one from 2.6 but don;t hav e a whole lot of vacuum, no advance need some help with the vacuum lines. the motor is new truck will run, but since the lines are not right runs really rough.
