7,000 would probably be a good price. fpr 1 it is old with much miles. But for 2 it has a dvd player and budy kit. I think this is a good price.

With all these modifications I hope you will be advertising in a speciality publications or at high schools.
Because it's a '94 with 100,000 miles it's worth maybe $1500. But because of the toys try for $5000.
Good Luck!

You didn't give specifics like exterior color, A/C, class (LX, EX, etc), coupe, sedan...however, using what you did give, I went to www.edmunds.com (see link below) and got an estimate of about $2,500 for a private party and $3,500 for a dealer (the price you'd get). Since you do have some extras, you may be able to add about $500 onto the price. It could also change depending on the car you have (I used an LX sedan to get that estimate-see link below). If you are going to list it for sale somewhere I'd start around $4,000 and be willing to go down.
Good luck.

go to kbb.com and look up private party sale used cars. all the extras really don't mean much to the general buyer.
it may look nice but it is still a Honda and there are millions of them on an off the road.
