It could be the ignition lock cylinder. It is a pain in the back side to change out also.

NEVER replace a part till you know the problem. Parts stores get rich off you diy ers You replaced all that stuff and don't say if you have any spark ?? It's getting fuel you say. Needs spark to ignite fuel. If no spark then iknowthis has it right, something wrong in distributor, magnetic pickup, reluctor, air gap between reluctor and pickup (bout .008 I believe ), rotor, cap, check it out before throwing more parts at it The magnetic pickup can be tested for proper resistance if you have an ohm meter, I don't remember off hand what it is but parts store might have a book. You could read the ohms on a new one and compare.

I too had a Spirit with starting problems. As is the case with a lot of Dodges from this era, if the humidity is over 60% the damn things won't start! If all else fails check the battery, starter and or solenoid.

if the engine turns and you are not getting compression it could be a head leak or maybe a vacuum leak...if it doesnt turn at all starter/battery...if your wires are right and your plugs are tight then maybe the modulator if theres no points which I don't think there is...also if the car has ever been in a fire or damaged in some way the primary wires may be at fault...

You did mention if it turns over or doesn't crank. Does it have an aftermarket alarm on it? If so disconnect it. Good luck
