I have a 1986 5.0 mustang. I have to do head gaskets so since Im in that area I figure I will put rebuilt heads on. So I orderd some old school heads that should be around 60 combustion chamber. Then putting on a edelbrock performer intake and 600 CFM carb. Installing BBK shorty headers too. H pipe is gutted and for a exaust I have flow masters. What do you think this combo would put out for power? No longer the E6 heads so I have better breathing heads and more compression ratio.

I want to buy a cheap (bet $1,000 - $2,000) car for transportation to and from school. It will be driven 35 miles a day, for 5 days a week.

I am looking at 1992 - 1994 Toyota Camrys, Nissan Maximas amd Altimas and Honda Accords and Civics.

All of these cars though, have betweem 115,000 and 175,000 miles. Is it crazy to buy a car for $2,000 with 175,000 miles and expect it to last a couple of years ? Please Advise. Thanks.

1-3 inches of water have been flooding my floorboards between the firewall and carpet from time to time. Same thing happened yesterday and this time it was greenish water(assuming antifreeze). Its at the shop for now and I am beeing told it may be the result of drainage related to the heater core going into the firewall. I'm still confused.........can somebody explain this better? Thank you

I have a 1993 Nissian Skyline R32 GTS-T that I bought for $2,000 in Okinawa, Japan. I'm looking to import it into the U.S. I was wondering if there was anybody who had any information as to if I could bring this in as a Kit Car and who would I have to contact. I hope to start resto of my 67 rs soon. this brings up the age old debate of small or big block. I have a 427 in need of rebuild and i have a 383 with all the goodies. Is it too boring to see another small block camaro? Doesn't an engine bay look cooler full of a big block with those wide valve covers? the car won't be a daily driver like it was in it's 327 days, but i would probably use it alot. I think I need to hear a few nose heavy,gas guzzlin big block horror stories to bring back my senses.
