My car battery went dead last night. If I jump it this morning is it going to be charged from now on. Or do I need to buy a new battery?

I've heard various estimates - from as low as $50K to as high as $100,000+. What do you think?

I just bought a 1997 Cadillac Catera about one week ago from an auto auction. The car looks great and runs pretty good too except sometimes it loses power and won’t really accelerate. The rpm’s go up but the car just sluggishly moves along. The check transmission light comes on as well. It will continue to do this until I turn the car off then restart it. Once I do this the light goes off and it drives great. I have had the car a week and it has happened twice. If anyone has any suggestions I would appreciate it.

When selling a car, if asked if the mileage is guaranteed, what does this mean? Is it that you have proof of the mileage through MOT certificates?

ive had over 18 driving lessons since i was 17 (also lessons from family and friends ontop of that, im now 22) & i just cant seem to get into driving or get my head round it!..I dont get it because i do alot things on a daily basis that are far more complicated than driving a car but i just cant seem to learn or take in anything when it comes to driving!everytime i get in a car, its like the first time & my head just goes blank and i basically sh*t myself and do something stupid or just pull to the side of the road. its really annoying me as nearly every person i know drives and i see 80 year old's driving down the street but i cant! its embrassing, why do i have such learning difficulties when it comes to driving!? i don't have these problems with anything else just driving cars and rules of the road etc, i just cant take it in its really p*ssin me off!..also - just incase people think - no i dont have a phobia of crashing or anything like that so thats not it! any1else ave this prob?

I live in the Detroit area and I see a lot of people reclined so far back, you cannot even see them in the drivers seat. I have to believe this is unsafe as the driver can't possibly have a full view of the road. Enlighten me!

We have been told that a repair on a windscreen only stops the chip from spreading, but you can still see the repair. You know when your driving if there is something there your eyes always goes right to it. I thought that when a repair is finished you could'nt see anything ?
