No the car will not last forever. Eventually the mechanical parts will wear out just from use. The key is that the better you take care of your car, change the oil, check the tire, change the air filter and other routine maintenace the longer it will last.

A lot of the older cars you see running on the road today may have had new engines put in them. The body of a car will last longer than the engine most of the time.

You'll have to do better than refilling the oil "before it runs out". Oil needs to be completely changed periodically, and the older the engine the more important that becomes. If you're willing to put lots of money into a car as it ages (possibly rebuild the engine, replace the transmission, etc.) theoretically you could keep it running, if not forever, at least for your lifetime, as long as parts are available. You'll need a very good mechanic.

you get repairs done like new hoses and stuff like that get service get new parts if you get in an accident most of the time they put body filler that does not let the car flex on the road get oil changes every 3000 miles and the oil filter dont just refill it your killing you car or before dont use that 7500 mile sh** its just a load of bull do the simple stuff wash it check tires just things like that it will last a very very long time not "forever" but it will give you years and years of service just do what i said and it will last for at least 25 years no questions about it AND DON'T TAKE IT TO THE CAR WASH ALL THE TIME ONCE A MONTH IS OK BUT MOST OF THE TIME WASH IT BY HAND!!!

If you're only refilling your oil you're not treating it right, so no. But it'll last a long while if you have all the proper maintenance work done at the right time.
Oil changes, fluid flushes, tune ups, etc ... I had a very well maintained '94 nissan pickup with 274,000 miles that was still running strong when I sold it.

No, I'm afraid not. A car is mechanical, so something or another will wear out no matter how carefull you are. Besides that, rubber parets will deteriorate. In the end, it all comes down to what is smartest, paying for yet another repair, or dumping the thing.

No a car will not last forever. It is a mechanical device and the fact that it will wear out is inevitable.
