Ok, all good points, except a couple. One said racers use different helmets, not true, the only dif is the cost, a $500 helmet versus a $100 one, I ride, have for years, a KLR 650 dualsport, my road helmet is a simpson@$420 and my Bell moto 6 for off road @ $300. I agree with personal choice, I don't want idiots telling me whats good for me, but I can't think of one single reason I wouldn't wear one. Now the next main question, why would any sane person wear shorts riding a bike. Don't tell me they never crash, there are only 2 types of riders, those that have crashed, and those that will.

See i have a 1997 Mitsubishi Eclipse GSX and i bought it a non-turbo, but i added a Turbo So does that make it a Turbo or a Non-Turbo? I want to add more spefications to the car but i dont know to order a Non-Turbo or a Turbo..?

i got a 99 vw jetta, and its got a broken shield and needs a smog. thing is, the guy who bought it before me got it from a dealership, drove it for 6 months and put 900 miles on there and sold it to me. how would i get this temperary registration, and what kinds of fees would i be looking at here. it has no title either... so what do i need?

How long do you have to wait after getting your regular drivers license? What age do I have to be before I can get my license? I live in New York. One more question. How can I convince my dad to let me drive a motorcycle? Right now I am 14. I have two or more years two convince him. He got rid of his motorcycle because it was dangerous. He hunts. I have taken the top off of the fusebox so many times that I've lost it. My air quit working a couple of days ago for some reason. Someone replaced the fuse and it worked for like 20 minutes before going off again. The air works fine on auto and not econ but in the middle of driving it will all of a sudden switch to econ and then it just blows out warm air like a fan does. *Service Air Conditioning pops up on the information center* That's usually before the air stops working. But During this time you can not swith it back to auto because it immediately jumps back to econ.It won't allow you to switch the control to auto for some reason. I don't know why. Does anyone think a fuse has blowed again or something? So I'm wondering if it's the fuse that's really causing my air not to work or something else that's causing the fuse to blow. Please help car people!!

Last week I started hearing a noise from my front tires as they rotated and not while the brakes were on. My brother said it might be the wheel bearings.

Today I took it to the dealer and he said it was probably an early warning sensor on the front brakes. He quoted me a price of what it would be if the brakes had to be replaced and said it would be more if they had to do something with the wheel bearings. Are the two items (brakes and wheel bearings) related?
