If it has no title, it can't be sold. Period. End of story. If you paid for it...well, what can I tell you?

tell you what, mail me $900 and I'll sell you a caddy I don't own.

You need to get a hold of the seller and get a title, or get your money back.

Rules are different in each state. Here in CT you would have to do a title search which is $25. As for the temp registration, that would be about $20 I think and it's for like 30 days so you can make repairs. Not sure about the cost being accurate it might be a little more or a little less. We don't have inspection here anymore so a broken windshield would not be a problem for registering it.

Check your states DMV website, and they should have some info. Good luck!
