depending on the quality of parts and how much the jeep is i would say it wont be less than a couple grand. but thats a rough guess and using parts that may be used or not of the best quality. also if someone installs all this stuff for you count on several hundred more.

this is a pretty vague question, but jeeps can be found pretty cheap, and the parts arent too bad. I would guesstimate 5-8 grand for a decent jeep +parts+ labor, depending on parts, and the kind of jeep you want.

You talking about a Jeep Cherokee or a Jeep Wrangler? I would say 5 thousand.
