There are several sources, but not many that I know of that are free. Most of them you have to subscribe to.
If you don't have the dollars to spend (about $20.00 ea) then trot down to your library and go to the reference section.
You can find pretty much all you can use there.
Most libraries also have a subscription to either ALLDATA or Mitchell On Demand. Both of these resources are good stuff, it is what we professionals use, and are pretty comprehensive.
