I work at a call centre, in a travel agency.

Company policy now dictates that all long distance telephone calls must be recorded. I have been asked to set up a log book to handle all outgoing, long-distance calls.

What headings might I use in this book?

I am working on an ad about my uncle's hair salon gift certificates. I need good ideas that will make people want to buy the certificates, but at the same time not pressuring them. Something neat, pretty, or catchy. I need advice please!

I have just sold a high priced item on ebay. I just wanted to know what is the best way to protect myself just in case a buyer reports that a item has not been received by them. I'm just concerned because of some weird circumstances have occurred during my auction. Someone posing as me sent emails to bidders on my item asking to sell my product outside of ebay. They seem to have guessed peoples email addresses by sending emails to their usernames and putting in gmail.com or hotmail.com.

I was wondering if you could name some businesses that do not offer health insurance to their employees.

For example places like temp agencies, house cleaning etc. but what would some others be I wonder? Thank you

My mom and I decided we wanted to own a thrift store. The good thing is that my step dad has the space for the store and it is already paid off (free rent). However, we are unsure about how to get this business started. The only thing we have managed to do is find a catchy name for the store, " A touch of 2nd class."
