Curves for Women Managers and Employees out there...help!!?

I am currently working part time at a Curves Club in Canada. The manager is retiring and I am thinking about applying for the positions. How much do Curves for Women managers make? Do they have health and dental benefits? Also...is it must to go to the Curves Camp and conventions? Thanks for you help.

Curves locations are franchises, so any benefits would depend on what the franchise owner is willing to provide, there wouldn't be some overall benefits list that would apply to all Curves locations.
